[MOD] Getting Paid

Update v0.11 makes pay calculations alot more clear, improves balance, makes them configurable in greater detail and fixes some bugs. Check out all changes in the changelog on Nexus.

This mods adds configurable salary demands for managers, your ship captains, pilots and your crew on your ships. Includes an option to allow events to happen that may cause crew members to quit or die if salary isn't paid repedeately.
You can adjust the base salary multiplayer, the timespawn of which salary notifications should appear and the option to have salary not being paid allow crew to quit their jobs in the modfile yourself at gettingpayed/md/gettingpayed.xml

What’s the default rate of payment? I would have no sense of what a reasonable amount should be.

Maybe this helps:
The salary is calculated as followes: 2 * 5(adjustable modifier) * 1-5(skill) * 2 or 3(2 if captain/pilot, 3 if manager) * timespan of salaries (standard 1h).
This gives us a base value of 10 credits that can be adjusted by the player. The skill will have a big impact, so a 5 star employee costs 50 credits. If that employee is a captain or pilot, the pay is doubled, for a manager it's trippled. At last the timeframe you choose comes into play, so if you set the timeframe for salaries to 2 hours, the salary will get doubled. This is being calculated for every npc under your command and summerized as a notification and logbook entry under upkeep.

Update 1.1 is out:
- fixed docked crew not receiving pay
- changed pay for npc types to make alot more sense
- adjusted the hourly logbook notification to include payment details for the different types of npcs u employ.
- added multiplier options to configure salary in greater detail
- fixed the payed typo (i hope)

Thanks for the mod. I was hoping for something like this. It brings a lot of immersion in my opinion. :)

This is a must have mod! Using it since beginning and its cool.

Just some suggestions (havent played with the newest version yet, so dont know if it is already in):

1. Add a multiplier for engineers as well (maybe 2)
2. Add an information about when the next salary will be paid and how much it will be (if nothing changes) would be awesome.

Nope, sorry. My mods won't be on steam. Users can't edit values in config files easily and i don't have the time to build ingame config menus for all my mods. Unless steam provides a better solution for that, they'll remain solely on nexus.
