Trading galaxy wide with NPC ship but selling my own product only

Hi

I have a new station that is creating water (Energy cells + Ice). My stocks are building up and I can never seem to get my NPC trader to sell this stations wares.

In the Station overview on the last step of water product I have set Limit trade to others factionsa to ON, I assume this will mean the station will not sell the product to anyone.

Can someone explain to me please how I can do the following:

1. My trader flys and docks at the Water producing station.
2. Fills up cargo to capacity
3. Sell that water galaxy wide at best selling price
4. When all water is sold, return to station and repeat.

Also, if I am building a station module and it requires resources for the build, is it possible to set one of my traders to IMPLICITLY buy and collect the resources needed without been told which ones to buy and collect?
