Satellites Required in Enemy Space

I cannot complete this mission, I am using advance satellites, I dropped one right on the marker, only go 71%. then I dropped 3 more around the edges, still only go 71%.

Now I have dropped 7 advance satellites and down to 60% coverage.

how does this mission complete?

This might be fixed in the current beta patch.

I joined the beta got the 1.5 patch and yes the patch solves this mission, Still have to put down a pattern of advance sats, but the coverage number goes up and the mission finishes
