Station items could be recycled

I do not know if this is already in x4 but I had an idea; Stations such as wharfs could have a recycle bin where, say missles we sell to them, around 10% could be put into the recycle bin. There the missles could be broken down into sub-components and feed back into what the station needs for construction. That may help during war when stations are running low on components to build ships. i.e engine parts.

I like the idea as long as it was a station option or module even. Could have a scrapyard even that deconstructs captured ships back into components.
