Not sure how it happened I was playing the game as normal after receiving a couple communications and had this as my map screen. I'am unable to save or use the quicksave feature due to being in communication.
No Relevent changes to hardware or software.

The way I fixed this was to Comm's from the map menu to another nearby ship, however I'am still unsure how this error occured. I'd also like to note that getting up from the chair, Comming someone the ship menu and talking to the pilot didn't solve the issues, only going onto the map and selecting another ship entirely to comm's did.
