[1.32] BUG - Crew transfer does not complete OOS

I landed my Disco on my PHQ to change my manager. Discovered I had to fire the manager first. Did so. Comm'd the ship's pilot, assigned them as manager of the station.

The station account does not have enough credits, so there is an upkeep mission. The exclaimation point for the mission stayed on the ship until I Teleported onto the station (because the ship was about to take off and I didn't want it to bug out).
