When autosaving at Merchant the TALK mode stays active

I have noticed that every time there is an autosave when you are selling or buying items in a station, the TALK MODE stays active and you cannot enable anything, the workaround I found was to move away from the Vendor, say Shift-D into your ship, then manually SAVE a game, then reload it... that removes the TALK BUTTON... if anybody has the same issue and has found a better way to work around it, please share
