[REQ] Simple XENON & KHAAK boost mod

I've been searching for this since X4 came out.
I have looked into what the "War and conquest" mod does - very cool stuff.
There is also a mod on nexus "Xenon Hell" - also very cool stuff.
However I am not looking for a mod that adds tons of CPU pressure. Game is already hard on my computer. I'm sure its hard on everyone's.
I'd rather have a mod that does some simple things:
  • * Buff xenon/khaak weapons, shields, hull.
    * Buff the X/K ships that are ridiculous like K and P, IE rotation speed, etc so they are very threatening as they should be
    * Add very simple scripting that spawns additional X/K ships.
    * I dont like the encounter system, I'd rather have them spawning from X/K sectors and being sent to attack in waves, like an actual invasion.
I think its great work what people are doing, but a mod that makes game unplayable when X4 is already very tough on the CPU by adding a ton of scripts to run tons of stuff, just isnt ideal for 99% of the players I think.

I'd be inclined to work on this, but I need some guidance on how to make 2 simple types of scripts as stated above.
The ship buffs are easy, they are just replacement variables, which I've already got from a few other mods (shields rebalance mod fixes that for example).
However a single stand-alone mod that accomplishes the above would really "fix" the game right now.

Anyone want to take a crack at it?
