1.32 BUG Teladi Pilots are Sitting in Midair at Station- Ships Invisible

Teladi Pilots are sitting in midair at the Teladi Wharf, and their ships are invisible. I attempted to change the graphics settings and it had no effect. Link to the save game file and dxdiag are linked below. It is saved at the location of the bug:

I saw a very similar thing on a Paranid wharf today. Shortly after I undocked, many many drones came in to dock, and the S pads started to open and close for them. The problem went away after they'd finished.

Interestingly, you can interact with the pilot as they sit on nothing, and you can even climb up and jump around on the roof of the ship, and use the invisible ladder to get into the invisible cockpit.
