1.32 Firing disabled bug

So, when I'm trying to do a scan on an enemy ship, using the SHIFT+N thing, sometimes the games freezes for a sec and then I can no longer use the spacebar to fire. It's difficult to replicate, but it is annoying when it happens...
I must defend my honor!
