[1.0 - 1.32] Obsidian skin not showing up

I preordered collectors ed (through ego store), linked my steam profile to this one, game shows up in forum control panel, steam says i have the collectors edition content and preorder bonus, i have set up login info at online menu in game and logged in successfully (had it remember my credentials so im always logged) - but i never saw the obsidian skin in the redesign menu.

Anything else i should do, or how can i get that sweet paint mod?
Hope this does not mean i won't get future dlcs either

Does this still occur after closing and restarting the game? Not suggesting that is a fix but just want to rule something out.

Just noticed the foundation skin isn't the preorder skin. I can't answer for the OP but it doesn't exist after a file check or a game restart.

/edit reinstalling no effect. Haven't tried installing to C however. Right now X4 is installed in a secondary drive.

Long time, happy to "see" you again! And yes, you can imagine i have restarted the game a couple of times since 1.0 xD
Nevertheless i just made a restart, and checked if i was still logged afterwards before starting this thread.

I got the foundation skin, it is an inventory item which i was thinking about selling - luckily it costs 1cr so that stopped me, i never sell anything worth 1cr in x games.
I never saw obsidian in the inventory though either.

There have been some similar reports to yours and it is hoped that some changes in the 1.50 beta could fix it.

As and when you are able to try that or the eventual release, please let us know of it helps!

Did you manage to get the skin? On the newest version I still don't have it, despite preordering CE and registering

If you were already logged in when you registered your games, you'll need to log out and back in again to get the paint mods.
