1.32 - Stations not transferring excess funds

I believe that when you set the station budget in the logical overview, the station manager should transfer any excess to the player account.

This doesn’t appear to be working.

Is this a bug or not how it’s supposed to work?

i'm curious about this, too. Especially since there are multiple indicators for a max budget.
- Local Overview (not sure about the name, the flowchart) there is a max value displayed.
- Manage funds has a max value.
- Manager Information has an estimated budget.

i hope this is a bug and it is easily fixable.
