[MOD] Equipment upgrades without RNG

This mod the removes the randomness with equipment upgrades.

I was bored to save and reload just to get a slightly better rating on my Shield/Thruster/Weapon- upgrades. So I created this mod.
It gives all upgrades their full power. Essentially removing that nasty RNG.

*Does not change installed upgrades

nice will give that a try.

ok works great. but it does not work retro actively. you have to dismantle you old mod and install it again for it to work
