1.32 BUG - Crew member not going to assignment (Save)

Hi,

Please check out this saved game.

In it I've assigned the Crew Member (fresh hire) right in front of me to the ship right in front of her. First, I assigned her as the Captain, but she didn't move. Then I re-assigned her as Service Crew, and she didn't move. Finally, I assigned another new hire as the Captain, and he ran directly to the ship. This is where I made this save.

Note: I've noticed it before that when hiring an NPC who's waving their arms as you land, they can get stuck like this. However, I had hired such NPC's a couple of times since I initially had this issue, so I thought it had been resolved.

Note 2: I've not left the platform yet, so perhaps this new hire will wake up when I leave the sector.
