Your graphics card doesn't meet the minimum requirements for the game, because it doesn't have enough dedicated memory. You may be able to lower the graphics settings, particularly the texture quality and anti-aliasing settings, to improve the situation but there are no guarantees it will work.

Game runs fine for me until crash i just get bit lower fps when near stations but the thing is that i didnt had these map crashes until 1.3 patch

P.S. i am currently playing Bf5 on medium without any problems so it probably should run x4 without any crashes if gpu is the problem but i will try to lower my graphics settings and see if that solves my problem

How your PC runs other games is neither here nor there I'm afraid. It doesn't meet the minimum requirements for this game.

What this meant is that you wouldn't get any support.

The reason it runs fine until 10-15 minutes in, is that the amount of textures being loaded into vram takes time.
As CJB told someone else earlier: When VRAM is the issue, most of the time you can launch the game, but sometime after start it will fail (in your case a crash). This seems quite clearly your issue.
Although it might be interesting why 1.3 caused it, no developer is going to work on your report because of it being a non-supported setup.*

You cant compare two totally different games on totally different engines. Running bf5 does NOT mean you would or should be able to run X4: Foundations.

"i will try to lower my graphics settings and see if that solves my problem"
- That seems to indicate you are trying to run it on above-lowest graphical settings, using hardware that isn't even supported for running the lowest setting.
Maybe expectations and knowhow are more the issue than the game.

*Conditions do apply: Sometimes developers do use below-recommendation hardware to force certain issues, but your report is not going to cause that in itself.
