There are fully completed NPC ships (I can even fly up to them and dock on them) that are stuck in the Shipyard Production modules at the following shipyards: ARG, ANT, TEL, HOP, and PAR. I can still build large ships from MIN and ANT shipyards. Trying to build L and XL ships from these factories just causes them to sit in queue. There do not appear to be missing components, the shipyards are just blocked permanently it seems.

I have the same problem with my paranoid ship yards for the large 2 full functioning ships sitting there no construction 5 ships in que both gas miners full on all resources even built a carrier in the shipyard but wont build my 5 destroyers have the save files if dev needs them to fix really need working shipyards also let it run 2 days strait no change going to ccreate new save file try boarding to move or blowing them up rather take the standing loss for now but really needs to be fixed

Exactly same problem I am having in HOP shipyards. Fully constructed npc ships stuck in shipyard production module, not moving. I waited whole night with seta on and nothing changed. I am sure there is a problem.

If you are at the station they could be waiting on you to tell them to leave. Try leaving the station. If that doesn't work, try leaving the sector. Also you can issue a move order and add a waypoint to the order by clicking the order line and dragging it. This usually forces ships to undock.

I just killed 2 npc ships blocking shipyard docks but nothing changed
