[REQUEST] Station <-> Build Storage transfer

I had this idea to make my station produce everything it needs to be expanded, only to learn that i need to get a trade ship docked and manually transfer the wares with the ship to the build storage.
In my mind it makes sense that the small army of cargo drones that i have on my station and construction ship shod be able to transfer these wares without the need to manually assign tasks to a trade ship,
In case this wold be difficult to do it wold be nice to have a default behavior that makes a ship supply the current station's build storage from its regular storage

After writing the code to do this, I realized this feature is now working... I think. Try it out in the Beta patch 1.5. Worked for me at least. Just takes awhile for the drones or masstraffic to transfer the wares. Not sure which ones it uses.
In this example image, my factory makes E-Cells, and they were moved over to build storage in about 5minutes, realtime.

Update... Eh, it kinda works sometimes.
Released a mod anyhow.

Thanks for the effort, and i will defenetly be using this mod to expand my station, now to test the limits of how much i can expand my station with the 1 billion credits i accumulated for the achievement
