[1.32] BUG - radar only shows when set OFF - repeatable on 3 machines

I've got my desktop and two other machines that I've repeated this on. I've had it since initial install of the game, and never not experienced it.

Since all the machines I've installed it on have done this, I have to assume there's something in my cloud profile that is carrying it between hosts?

Issue:
Radar screen is not there.
I go into options, change it from "separate panel" to off, and radar now appears and will persist until I load a save or change ships.
If I set the radar from off to separate or integrated, it disappears again.
Set it to off again, and it appears either in the separate or integrated mode, whichever I selected that made it go away.

I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to work this way.
