advanced composit module aint working ? or is my station bugged ?

Hi am trying to build 1mega factory and atm all that is needed for building ive got on it to make the nessasary materials but some seem not to be working in the tab check first screenshot it shows the advanced composit module but its in the front like its a base product but it uses base and secondary products to construct ,see second screenshot . anybody else have same problem with this module or is my game just messed up ? (tried asking but...)
