1.32 (324221) Huge Framerate Drop

A couple days ago, I was getting great frames on stations (25-30FPS, better than it used to be). Now, after the update, it's chugging horrendously. Parked on a station, I'm back to getting 15FPS.

All my drivers are up to date. What can I do to fix this?

Gigabyte Gaming-7 motherboard
EVGA GTX 1080ti
16GB RAM
2TB HDD <-X4 is here
250GB SSD
WIndows 10
