Read Log Stream from outside

I wonder if there is a possibility to read the message log from outside X4, like a 3rd party application. I want to save specified messages to a database and fire some events to send notifications for example. The KI pilots fly as they were drunk all the time and I want to be informed if they crash their ship again before they destroy it completely. I also think they transfer some of my credits to their cayman bank accounts from time to time if I don't have a look at them.
