BUG when already scanned pirate change their spoofed faction + really necessary key mapping

Hello

I noticed today that you can only scan a ship once. So after you have scanned the suspect ship and revealed it to be a pirate it can change its affiliation again and you cannot reveal it again.

One of the pirates I engaged today as usual showed itself as one of the allied factions. I tried scanning it and got 100% scanned, but because of an other bug still showed as ARG. So I was not allowed to attack it. But one of the other factions did attack it and there was a short fight and the pirate broke away. After which the pirate started cycling through a lot of spoofed factions (I had it targeted while it changed faction). But since it still showed up as 100% scanned I could not scan it again, so any subsequent attempt to reveal it again could not be done. I have the police scanner and was really close when I scanned it so it must be a bug.

Also, we really need to be able to map the activation of ship scanning to some key-shortcut. Because trying to fly after a small fighter ship at high speed and lots of turns makes it super difficult to right-click on it and select scan while at the same time maintaining the proper maximum distance, with HOTAS I need like three hands and a really quick mouse aim to pull this of properly. I saw the same request in an other tread but I cannot find it now.
