Oh my god that's so offensive!

Re: X4 Foundations forums be like....
Great video, but not sure it reflects the Egosoft community quite right.
Egosoft have somehow managed to build a great community by launching what one day become great space games. I have been buying them at launch since X2, and somehow they seem to get away with launching them in alpha, the community works really hard to test them, and the Devs launch patch after patch every day to make it work. It ends up with a great product. In my head I wonder why the didn't do all that week 1 work before launch but I guess they only have so many people and they need the community to give the feedback (which they seem very willing to do in a not too offensive manner)
For some reason I seem to enjoy the early days more than when it actually works. Finding I can't do something, logging on and finding a workaround from the forum etc. Bizarrely I often never find the real way of doing things later!
I don't think I play any other game that has such a helpful forum as the X games.

I think it's more appropriate of the Steam Community forums
MUCH MUCH worse over there.
