Police and Pirate seems straight forward.

Default Response to found ship:

Claim if possible - Must require marines on the ship, but even while it's default for all ships to have marines, I feel like this didn't quite work when I used it.

Mark - Uhm??? Need Beacons?!??!

Protect - Adds a Defend command to the top of the ships queue.
