[1.32] Destroying mines occasionally causes loss of mousewheel throttle control

There have been, in the past, instances and reported of loss of control, people being unable to control their ship and being able to press Esc to fix it.

I've been going around my galaxy collecting abandoned ships, and I'm finding that every once in a while, while destroying the mines around the ship before claiming it, I will lose the ability to use my mouse wheel to control my throttle. I can't say what the specific trigger is, because it's rare, definitely not every mine. I wish I could provide more information, but that's really it: every so often while detroying mines around abandoned ships, I lose the ability to mousewheel throttle.
