Is the counter stuck? Because it's green which means they are build. Yellow with a exclamation mark means not enough resources available which seems is not the case. But maybe I'm missing something.

I created a posted where the wharf / shipyard is not producing anything because it misses one resources but the storage of the station is already full. So it will never be able to buy this resource. But in this case the build queue is marked yellow.

I have the same, I ordered 4 at the ALI shipyard, 3 were build and 1 is green but counter stuck.
And I ordered one on a Paranid wharf, all is green, but counter stuck. This wharf has a big open order of engine parts, the ALI not.

Both building orders after 1.3.2

I have the same trying to build 2 Gorgons. I think its because of lack of resources
