1.32 BUG Cannot rename Nav Beacon or Resource Probe/Beacon and Probe information only shows Behaviour tab

Pretty much what the title says. This bug is new to 1.32.

When selecting a newly dropped Nav Beacon or Resource Probe, right click and choose "Information", instead of displaying the Information tab for the beacon/probe, the Behaviour tab is shown, as if it were a ship that could be given orders. The button to toggle to the Information tab is disabled.

I have this happen in all versions if I had the Behavior tab open in my prior view (e.g. was just viewing a ship earlier and was in the Behavior tab). Going back to something with a Behavior tab (e.g. ship) and selecting Information, then coming back to the probe should "fix" it.
