I'm not actually sure if this is a bug.
Tha situation, while i was crystal "hunting" I was signalled by an approching vessel (markerd on map as an enemy) The faction is HAT, my reputation with them was neutral, but after I dissposed of the peky fly, I had an log entry of an unauthorized kill, and a faction rep drop. similar thing happened while on a mission with destroying a laser defence towers (I'm not sure, but I think there was no warning that this mission could be recognized as CRIMINAL ACTION).
I realized this somewhat late, when suddenly in the middle of Argon Prime the Equipment dock goes red on me, and this station belongs to the HAT faction.
Is this supposed to work like this? HAT is not a Pirate faction, do they have rogue pilots or sth.? or are some regions for mining restricted to a specific faction?
