I had a captain that was a three star pilot and three star morale, his overall rank was three stars. He gained a star in management and his overall rank dropped to two stars. I am guessing the overall rank is derived by total number of skill stars divided by number of skills, so when he was 3/3 that was 6/2=3 overall. When he gained the star in management it became 7/3=2.333 which dropped him to two stars overall.

What a funny way to calculate overall pilot's rank. Hope it gets corrected.

Happened to me too. Suddenly my Autotrader was stuck doing nothing because he went from a 3-star to a 2-star Pilot and could not Autotrade anymore.
