PHQ cannot be exapnded to 20x20???

Just wondering is this a bug? not implement yet?

I got the Steam Achievement for "largest plot" (whatever it's called) when the PHQ was ready, but it is not the maximum size and I also cannot resize it (1.31, game start 1.0).

Max is 20x20x20 but the HQ is 10 km in every direction from the center so that's 20x20x20 km. You can't enlarge it because it's at max from the start.

Oh I see, the max is 20x20x20km, but any +/- direction can go to the 20km mark. So I could have +x 20km, -y20km, and -z10km with +z10km. I didn't play with the interface much, but thought I could do 40x40x40km if I do each -/+ as 20km.
