1.31 BUG - crew changes between turret station(s)

I have a "Gorgo Angreifer" with to less Crew and the one Crew man who controlls the turret(s) is changing seats of the turret control every minute or so.

Expected behaviour is that he stays in the control of one Turret without changing to the next in a endless loop
