1.31 BUG - can't sometimes confirm trading order

Steps to reproduce: try to trade like crazy with the trading menu from the map/overview.

I am sometimes not able to confirm a order (to buy things).

* ship has enough cargo space
* I have enough money
* correct ship is selected

It should at least show why the trade order can't be placed if there is a reason for it.
