Option to move build storage?

So, this just happened when building a new station.
Can we get an option of moving the build storage somewhere else? Or at least an indication of where it will be?

+1 same thing happened to me with PHQ, I built a T dock and the storage ended up blocking the furthest docking arm. I had to redesign my dock entirely (luckily doesn't cost much as we get the resources back and it just has to "move" the blocks around a bit to a different design) in order to move it away from the build storage!
