[1.30] Capital Ship Equipment Menu Bugged

After claiming the abandoned Odysseus I wanted to upgrade it at an equipment dock, but the menu is
bugged. I encountered this bug before in 1.2 and 1.21 with capital ships from all factions at all stations capable of upgrading L and Xl.
Unmodified game.
I cannot select the turret or engine menu, not all wares are being displayed, the menu itself seems broken.
The presets seem to work somehow. This seems to be limited to L or XL ships.
