boarding bug?

so, i went to cap a paranid freighter helios in teladi space.
sent 59 marines, played the boarding game destroyed turrents, shields, engines whatever, took down some of the hull so the marines entered the ship.

first 2 stage done flawless, there were only 11 marines guarding and then on the 3rd stage ive lost all my marines but the boarding didnt stop, at the end the ship became blue to me and joined the teladi company???? what?

well, ive sent an other group of marines, this time they won with literally no resistance but my ship is now full of blue teladi crew i dont think this is the intended way

i could, i have a green captain as well, just the crew were teladi company. anyway, a save reload fixed it, now they are all mine the really annoying thing was that the ship was captured by the TC instead of me
