[Request] Np gain XP

There was a mod done for X:R every hour your employee gain a possible star. Now as I see 1/3, 1/2 stars could we do it as a random what every the smallest gain is on all skills. Yes I have modded X:R and plan to play with modding X4. But it was someone else who found this and while I have looked at the old file I have not found a way to do MD updates yet. Still looking so I might get this done myself but if someone has a working idea great.
