Moving Staff?

Hello,

seems that there are no more staff pods, so you cannot hire staff the X-Rebirth way. They must be moved in some way from stations to own ships and put on stations again, but the dialogue menu like to show read.

Someone figured out a better way?

Will try to install the learning mod for the staff, so they are not caught at level 0.

so far that seems to be pretty much a painfully manual process.

would be nice if we could set some smaller scout or courier to the "trasnfer staff" job and whenever we tell a staff member to get from A to B that ship queues that in and gets that eprson from a and brings it to B.

We need a mod,

seems that Egosoft did not implement that for now. Have no chance to hire a person and order it to one of my docked ships, 'cannot work here' or 'cannot reach' is the complaint.
This is very annoying, because without station stuff you cannot assign ships to it.

I don`t mind so much having to take them to where they need to work, but it would be nice if, you don`t want to or can`t take them, they could use some kind of taxi service, and depending on the availbility of transports and distance they could arrive at your base or the chosen ship either on time or very late. Or even be killed halfway there (if crossing a conflict zone), giving you a reason to personally take them to make sure they make it.

However, I don`t want to see them teleporting; that would kill it for me.
1. Please do more on NPC civilian/uniform variety, and bio customisations, Devs.
2. Stations need sirens/warnings when enemy is close in numbers or Station in danger of destruction (in Sandbox).
