Transferring goods

Let's say I have a factory producing silicon wafers, in the neighbouring system I have a Microchip plant. Now I want to order a ship to move my Silicon Wafers to the Microchip plant. How do I do that? Please don't tell me that I need to combine them in the same factory. I know I can do that but I want them in separate systems.
Can I create an explicit chain of commands for my trader?
