[BUG] v1.30 Remap camera look

I tried to rebind the camera look left/right/up from the numpad 4/6/8 to my joystick pov (tm warthog stick) and the bind set fine, so it was reading input. But when I use the pov it's not actually moving the camera at all. I've tried rebinding to other joystick inputs, various ones, and same deal it doesn't seem to be a control that can be properly rebound.
