25 hours in, the Universe "lives happily ever after"?
So after playing X4 a bit, I realized that... nothing is happening. No wars, not even skirmishes, anywhere. Xenon sectors are "dead", there's not a single military ship there, just some energy transporters and miners. Nothing is being built at their shipyards, and stations don't even react if I attack them. I've never seen Kha'ak in my game, even though I explored most of the universe by now. Pirates don't exist either, I've seen one at the very beginning, but none ever since. There's nothing to do now. Universe is not in danger, everything is fine and "dead". Question: is this how it's supposed to be? Have I won the game, doing almost nothing? I've done the HQ plot, researched everything, have enough money to buy or build anything I want, but I don't really need to do anything at this point. I'm playing 1.30, thought it would bring some life in the universe, but it didn't. Do I have to restart the game? Is my save broken somehow? Or is it all normal and how everyone else experiences the game?

Same here. It's a sad boring universe.

Ok, I’ll ask a different question then: Is there anyone who doesn’t see this kind of stagnation in their game? I mean: ships being built, Xenon launching crusades against organic races, pirates disrupting trade lines, Kha’ak repeating President’s End-style massacres, sectors being captured and retaken...

I was wondering why my miners were all doing nothing. Turns out they cant sell their stuff because the economy has stopped.

Never witnessed anything like that. I've deployed several satellites in the xenon sectors hours ago and although they have a couple of K's and fighters my sats are still there... This is the number one complain since X4 release date.
There is NOTHING happening in game, unless you go on a rampage killing spree to dominate the entire universe.
And with all the peace loving AI, and no pirates anywhere to be seen, becoming a Universe ruler is too easy, then by the time you launch a war and Genocide the entire universe, it's already too late for the AI to create a force strong to stop you.
X4 in its current state is too one sided. The real players always win.

Something is wrong with faction logistics. I captured 4 plunderer Behemoths from SCA plus 2 from HAT and it took SCA 6 hours of SETA time to replace one although all the shipyards are brimming with resources. I think the initial warring takes out 1-2 fleets from each faction then they wait an eternity to replace their ships...
I've been going after all HAT ships earlier and they have nothing left for hours now just the stations that have crazy regeneration so I need a fleet to blow one up.
