Thrustmaster T.16000M FCS Drift and Target Selection Issue

Hey guys, Just bought a Thrustmaster T.16000M FCS and i am getting this severe problem where my target is being re-selected as whatever the hell is in from of my ship making navigation impossible. i am also experiencing minor drifting on occasion. any help on at least fixing the targeting issue would be appreciated. I removed all keybindings except the flight controls and weapon fire controls.
