It would be great to be able to give orders to the current flown ship.
Right now, if I want to give orders to my own ship (before leaving the ship), I have to leave the pilot seat, and then give the orders.
I would like to give orders to my own ship, and that those orders appears as a mission.
Also, trading with my own ship should be done the same way as with AI ship (give an order to my ship to buy at station x).
Right now, I have to go to the station, dock, and then buy (so I can't "pre-order" the goods
like any other AI ship)So I think the player should be able to set orders to its own ship (including trading orders) and then complete them.
For ex, I pre-order some space herbs to a station (this add the trade order to my own ship commands)
Then fly myself the ship to the station, dock to it and in the menu, I should have an option to "complete trading (buy xxx space herbs)"
If I click this option, then the trade is done and the orders list is updated
Same for Move-to, explore, mine, dock at, and all other...
Would be great IMO and that would also fullfill the "take the pilot seat of any ship and their orders will become your mission !" feature which I saw in a trailer or somewhere else (don't remember exactly)
