[1.30] BUG Antigone Faction Representative has wrong dialogue section

In 1.30, once I've reached +20 standings with the Antigone Faction, their Representative has wrong dialogue section. Once he says "Oh, you might be interested ..." during one part of the dialogue section right before he's supposed to (I forget what the text was saying). Then he says it again at the right location where it matches the text.
