Missing station manager
After the patch 1.30, the HQ manager disappeared. The station has one docking module. More modules are not built. A new manager cannot be appointed, I tried to appoint managers with 3 stars in managment, with 4 stars in piloting. nothing helps

There is a bug where when you assign a crew member from a ship to a station the crew member gets stuck on the ship. When the ship is docked the manager appears under information, ship undocks and the manager vanishes, a new upkeep mission appears for the station. When you attenpt to assign a new manager you can't.
You have to find and dock the ship with the manager on, unfortunately the manager is missing from the ships information menus.
When I now assign a new manager for any station I visit the managers office to make sure he/she is sitting in the office.
