Mouse movement cause ship to stop

Mouse movement cause ship to stop

Not sure why but when I move my mouse while ship is at full speed, my ship stops. Is this a glitch or are my controls set wrong. Anyone else having this problem? I’m using a flight joystick, with keyboard and mouse, thanks!
