Upgrading capital ships bug?

I've picked up that Odysseus laying around in Faulty Logic. I reached rep 20 with Teladi first, so I've send it to their equipment dock do complete the armaments.

It opens up with the engine tab open, I can switch engines. But when I click to another tab, I can't ever go back to the engines, it just opens thrusters.
When I click on the main weapon tab or slots on the ship everything is fine. When I click the shield tab or two big shields on the ship, it works too.
Now the turret button is grayed out. Clicking on any turret of the ship, big or small, any small shield - opens the software tab. And clicking engines opens the thrusters.
