If you havent found a black market yet the steps to find them are easier than in X-R

1. Scan a station for red sparks, These are encrypted missions.
2. Pray that one of them is asking for you to delivery illegal ware, "access to black market" is going to be a reward for it.

Yah I had one to deliver 3 Spaceflies and the Station I was supposed to deliver to would not spawn a Bar. Seems like these broke after patch 1.3.

In my new game ive only found 'deliver 3 spacefly caviar', so obviously I havent been able to access a black marketeer at all in this game....

Craft the Caviar at a Craft station with eggs.

the mission breaks when I leave the sector. If I pick pirate deliver mission I need to do the delivery immediately. Just teleporting elsewhere and back and bar won't spawn.
