CODEA/MARS in X4 Possible?

So i dont know much about modding in x4 or XR
but i was wondering if it would be possible to create/import smt like CODEA or MARS in X4.
I mean automated and smart Turret control etc cus the turrets on L and XL are Dogshit in X4.
