No UI in External view

I like playing games like this in third person external view. But the weapon, hp, shield and contact list all vanish in external view. Is there some setting or button to enable full UI in external view?

I second this, i play only in 3rd person camera, I prefer 3rd person games much more. Please add an option to add UI elements to 3rd person, and if possible, also to adjust the camera position. I know you can adjust it in a "Vanity mode" but that mode is unusable for fighting.
