never had this problem before, but since 1.30 I'm getting a lot of minor/serious problems (like 25% doors won't open (anywhere) and such). But this is bad. Repair laser won't trigger the node on data vault (reloading doesn't help). More precisely, two are ok, two are not.

Update: through like 6 same/loads (it's really random, and teleport to another sector makes is all buggy again, like it remains open, but even green nodes turns red, then save/load changes the state to random red/green open/close again) I've opened all nodes and it's empty. So it's possible I've already got this one and its state just isn't saved correctly, and that made it so buggy.
In either case, if data vaults are persistent they should have being marked or something that they don't contain anything (loot nor data), like having grey icon

Yes, exactly same problem here in Holy Trinity III.

Does someone have a savegame for me, in a situation where it doesn't work?

Re: [BUG][1.30] Data vault repair not working
I have the sane problem but I fiund workaround - that panels that can't repaired you must damage them first - via ship or via spacesuit laser even uf they are red) . Then they can be repaired and turn green.
I did it only once in 1.30+ so I think that it was special datavault.
Before 1.30 I opened 6-7 vaults without that problem.
But maybe it was not connected to game version but simply some vaukts are bugged?
Next time I will save it and put here.

Re: [BUG][1.30] Data vault repair not working
For what it's worth another workaround is to save the game, exit to the main menu and then re-load the game. I had to do this about four times to get through a data vault, but to my bad luck the mission somehow got inactivated due to the game re-load and I didn't get mission progress :/

Re: [BUG][1.30] Data vault repair not working
I almost sent the savefile where I managed to reproduce the bug (in fact, in Matrix #9), but I had a hunch, retried to solve the bug by rebooting the game, and it worked.rboerdijk wrote: ↑Tue, 11. Dec 18, 15:34 Does someone have a savegame for me, in a situation where it doesn't work?

So it seems like that it's not a common trigger misplacement, but it rather have to do something with the software-hardware relations of the game. I had bugs before where projectiles just wouldn't register when hitting a ship, in fact, they flew right through them. I'm sure this is also the case when we encounter a bugged Data Vault terminal.
Workaround: restart the game.
